Cher Scholl – New Business Director

Cher is the VP of Process Improvement & Innovation at RSW/US, where she has been part of the team for nearly five years. In her role, she strengthens internal processes, supports new business strategy, and helps create smoother collaboration across departments.

Prior to her current position, Cher served as a New Business Director, Recruiting Manager, and VP of Strategy, giving her a well-rounded understanding of agency operations and client needs. She has been recognized by her peers with several awards for innovation, leadership, and new business performance.

Cher is originally from Ohio, and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son, getting outdoors, and staying active in her local community.
