Christy Hiler is the President and Owner of national integrated advertising agency Cornett, named a Small Agency of Year by Ad Age and twice ranked Best to Work in Kentucky. Christy also co-founded Own It, a research driven community working to see more women step into the position of ownership. Additionally, she is one of the founding board members for BLAC, a national program led by independent agencies to bring more young Black people into advertising, ensuring they can fully express themselves, find community, and ultimately lead.
At Cornett, Hiler is devoted to living into the agency’s values, driving growth, enriching client relationships, championing a diverse and inclusive culture and building the agency we wish existed and want for this industry. She infuses sound insights and strategy into everything the agency produces, from powerful creative content to efficient media placements. She leads with her heart, creates comfort in the uncomfortable and stability despite constant challenges.
Outside of Cornett, Christy is a mother of 4 wild and wonderful kiddos. She’s active in numerous community organizations dedicated to women and children, both in the Bluegrass and other parts of the world. She serves on the board of the Downtown Lexington Development Partnership and the Bluegrass Community Foundation’s Fund for Greater Lexington.
