SVP Branded Sales, Mizkan America
Saverio is Senior Vice President of Branded Sales for Mizkan where he oversees revenue growth, trade marketing and category management for $1B+ portfolio of products including Ragu and Bertolli sauces.
Saverio joined Mizkan in 2019 and brings with him over twelve years of marketing, general management, and innovation experience from previous roles at Glanbia and Sara Lee/Hillshire Farm.
At Glanbia, he served as Vice President of Marketing in his most recent role. During his time there he was responsible for taking relatively unknown sports nutrition and health & wellness brands such as Optimum Nutrition, and transforming them into successful lifestyle brands through brand building equity campaigns, new channel distribution, and insight led innovation. Prior to joining Glanbia, Saverio held various brand management and innovation positions at Sara Lee working on household brands such as Hillshire Farm, Gallo Salame, and Ball Park Franks.
Saverio earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Loyola University, Chicago. Saverio resides outside of Chicago where he enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth and three kids.
