Tom Jacobs has over thirty years as an advertising executive. Having started his career at national agencies like Leo Burnett and Flair Communications, Tom founded Jacobs Agency, Inc. in 1997.
Jacobs Agency was focused on a strategically driven creative approach that aligned client objectives with relevant creative solutions across all media. This objective based approach allowed for steady growth and scale.
Over the next twenty years the agency evolved into an award winning and nationally recognized advertising agency with clients like Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs, Whole Foods, Smithfield, NOW Foods, Eckrich Meats, ACE Hardware, Amtrak, Exelon.
Tom has served as the President of the Chicago American Marketing Association and board member for several years. He has been sought to share his industry insights on CMO.com, The Wall Street Journal, Ad Age, and as a speaker to various organizations across the country.
In 2019, Tom sold the Jacobs Agency.
