The Joys and Sorrows of Starting and Building Your Own Agency! Perspective from a new, an established, and a recently sold firm.

Mark Sneider leads a panel of three agency veterans: Mike Hart, Owner of Hart Marketing & Communications, Peggy Brookhouse, Founder of Brookhouse Marketing, and Tom Jacobs, Founder of The Jacobs Agency.

The three will talk about their experiences from three different angles.

Mike took over the agency from his father and has since grown the agency through organic means and acquisition.

Peggy spent 21 years with LGA, serving as their President/Partner and 3 years ago started her own firm with her own name on the door.  Peggy will talk about her experiences starting an agency in the middle of the pandemic and discuss her keys to success to-date.

And Tom founded the Jacobs agency and recently sold the firm.  Tom will discuss his journey from founder to seller and share all the peaks and valleys he’s ridden over the years.
