Eric Anderson has three decades of leadership success in a variety of businesses including Optical, Accessories and Consumer Packaged Goods, in both domestic and international markets.
Eric is currently CEO of AEG Vision – a rapidly growing PE-backed Optical Retail Operator started by Riata Capital Group of Dallas, TX. AEG Vision was started in 2017 has grown to more than 400 Optical practices across 30 states since that time.
Prior to joining AEG Vision, Eric served as Executive Vice President – Fossil Group, leading their $3 Billion Global Licensed Watch and Jewelry business. In this capacity, he was accountable for all business development, licensing, marketing, product design and product development for many brands including Armani, Michael Kors, and Diesel.
Prior to that, Eric spent 18 years at the Luxottica Group in key leadership positions including the President of LensCrafters North America where he had full P&L responsibility for the world’s leading Optical retail chain with 1,000 stores in the U.S. and Canada. Under his collaborative leadership, Eric transformed their business strategy, customer experience and management team philosophy resulting in significant growth in associate engagement, customer satisfaction, revenue and profit.
Prior to Luxottica, Eric spent nearly a decade in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble and Kao. He is highly respected within the industry and well-known for his results-oriented leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for developing talent. Eric holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Illinois and an MBA from University of Michigan.
