Delivering record returns to employee shareholders.
Following a 10-year career in the agency business, she transitioned into the automotive industry as the Chief Marketing Officer for a $2B, 21-rooftop, Midwest-based automotive retail group. Here, Julia worked on behalf of brands like Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Honda and in partnership with some of the best agencies in the world such as Team One and Saatchi & Saatchi. Her integrated brand, media and operational strategy drove a 20% increase in sales, and as a result, the company experienced record profits and record revenues. When Julia arrived, the company was spending more than $700 per-car-sold. After deploying her prescribed approach, that same measure was $78.
